THE LUXURY TALK \ WHAT IT IS 
This card game is not a quiz, but a reflective game about luxury, and your personal experiences and perceptions. There are no right or wrong answers. What truly matters is your reflection of and immersion in the topic. You will encounter questions like “Have you ever”, “Dream big” or “Complete the sentence”.

The questions can either serve as conversation starters or are reflective questions to better get to know yourself or the other person(s). You can also use the cards as icebreakers in workshops.

(1) lets you reflect on your luxury definition, lifestyle, beliefs, and aspirations – also over time. 
(2) sharpens your understanding of luxury from different perspectives.
(3) brings depth to conversations or workshops.
(4) supports you in getting to know you or each other better. 

THE LUXURY TALK \ HOW TO PLAY
You can play it anywhere and anytime. The questions do not have to be in a specific order, so feel free to decide on the style that suits you.

Option 1 \ Personal
Play the game alone as a way of self-reflection. Shuffle the cards and randomly choose one, two, or more (even one per day). Read the question(s), reflect on them, answer, and add a justification if you like.

Option 2 \ Family & friends
Play the game with family and friends (up to four works best) to get to know each other better or simply to start conversations. You can also use the cards as icebreakers in workshops. Shuffle the cards and give each player the same number of cards. Then play just as in the personal version.

Option 3 \ Your creation

100 cards with questions 
These are the core cards. Each one features a reflective prompt – ready to be asked and uncovered. Enjoy the exploration!

2 blank cards 
Two cards are intentionally left blank, so you can write your own questions.

4 agreement cards + 4 disagreement cards 
If you play with others, the agreement (in turquoise) and disagreement (in coral) cards add an extra element. Each player gets one card of each. Use these cards to express your (dis)agreement with someone else's answer. This extra element will strengthen a fruitful exchange and deeper level of reflection.
